| During a recent holiday in the Tuscany region of Italy, I visited two stations on the Pisa to Roma Termini line, which is part of the Trenitalia rail network; Bolgheri (Friday 25th September 2009) and Grosseto (Sunday 27th September 2009). A variety of electric and diesel locomotives were hard at work on passenger services, and some goods trains as well. There were also electric multiple units, and loco-hauled push pull trains. |
