An hour's session at Warrington Bank Quay this morning (Saturday 17th October 2009) produced some good action.
First, Compass Tour's Pennine Lakelander with Hanson/Artemis 56312 at the helm, pulled up for a short pathing stop. DB Schenker 67001 was tagged on the rear, presumably for train heating or stock movements.
Another surprise showed up as well, in the form of GBRf 66704 Colechester Power Signalbox dragging BR Class 50 diesel 50049 Defiance, and a First Great Western Mk3 buffet (the latter inbetween two barrier vehicles).
Plus, DB Schenker 60039 and 92042 were seen idling about in the South bay on the opposite platform. |
